The biotechnology development headquarter will support the second round of student biotechnology event in Tehran with the goal of promoting biotechnology among students.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the biotechnology development headquarter will support the second round of student biotechnology event in Tehran “Bio Startup” with the goal of familiarizing students with startup thinking and gaining the ability to turn ideas into products.

The second round of student biotechnology event “Bio Startup” will be held June 17^th, 2019 in Sadra Mehr Research Center of students in district 2 of Tehran. The event will be especially held for 230 winners of bio research competition, held on April 10^th, 2019 in the presence of 2600 participants from different parts of Tehran.

This student event will be supported by the biotechnology development headquarter, national biotechnology pole, and student research center of Tehran.

In this event, students compete in the form of different groups and present their ideas. In the end, they will present their products in technomart to the referees.
