The light of communication is always on. Human beings depend on discourse, which itself needs communication. On the other hand, communication initiates development and advancement. The world is bright by lights that have remained on due to interest of people. Continuous contact is associated with intimacy and attachment, the result of which is continuity. In the end, continuity ends dependency.

Public relations and communication are love before being science; love for fellowmen, love for knowledge, love for efforts and improvement. In such conditions, development by innovation and technology will not occur without communication, interaction and agreement.

Hereby, I congratulate the communication day to all activists of the field and hope for eternal brightness of this path.
