Head of the communication and information center stated: by implementing Sadaf Project, a suitable opportunity will be made for empowering students and graduates to enter the work market. The first round of the project was held at the beginning of 2019 and its second round will be held in summer.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Parviz Karami, head of the communication and information center, expressed about the implementation of Sadaf Project: the project has been carried out by the efforts of the Vice-Presidency and with the goal of empowering academic graduates and students to facilitate their entrance into the job market.

Pointing out that the major audiences of this project are students and graduates of all academic levels, including BSc, MSc and PhD, Karami continued: this project will be financed by the government and its target population is last-year students and graduates with low experience level.

In terms of Sadaf Project execution process, Karami asserted: the project includes occupational self-knowledge tests and counseling, 40 hours of specialized workshops and seminars, professional group counseling, and professional CV formation.

In terms of the details of the project, Karami marked: those who want to participate in the project can learn general skills required for the job market and prepare their resumes and personal occupation development program with the help of experts.

Karami also mentioned: after admission, these individuals can attend internship courses. Moreover, those attending the course will receive valid licenses. 

According to the head of the communication and information center, Pardis Technology Park and Tehran Innovation Network are the main directors of the program. In this regard, he continued: 80% of the project is supported by the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs.

Applicants can register for the event until May 31^st, 2019, and the final registration will occur until June 21^st, 2019 after prioritizing the applicants and informing admission to the final selected individuals. In addition, the educational course and workshops will be held July-September.
