According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs quoted by the news headquarter of the second national, cultural, and art festival of “Made in Iran”, the deadline for sending works to the festival is extended. Given the welcoming of the event by the audiences, the enthusiasts of the field can send their works to sections of idea market, audiovisual media, literature, digital media, visual arts and animation, and students until November 21^st 2018. According to this report, “Made in Iran” is an event held by the knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter. The first round of the event was held in 2016 with the slogan of “Iranian technology, Iranian business” with the goal of mainstreaming in support of domestic and knowledge-based products.

Therefore, considering the welcoming of the first round of the festival, the student section is added to this round of the festival. “Mainstreaming and content production for the cyberspace related to the circle of commercialization, entrepreneurship, and knowledge-based economy”, “support of Iranian knowledge-based products and services”, “organizing the excess import level and valuating high-quality Iranian products”, and “helping the branding of high-quality Iranian products” are among the goals of the event. “Made in Iran” has aimed to make the necessary transformations to realize knowledge-based economy in the public culture. Therefore, this event will take a step toward commercialization of domestic products by helping the cultural and art tools and artists.

Idea market, audiovisual media, literature, digital media, visual arts and animation, and student are the sections of the festival held in January with Parviz Karami as the general secretary of the event and with the slogan of “Iranian technology, Iranian business”.
