The strategic technologies laboratory network will support the process of completing the laboratory abilities of member centers through purchasing new domestic and foreign devices.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the purchase of new equipment for member centers aimed at developing the country"s laboratory infrastructure is one of the important goals of the strategic technologies laboratory network.

According to the results of the performance evaluation of network members, which is carried out annually, the centers that have used their existing devices more efficiently can benefit from network support for the purchase of new devices.

This support is for the purchase of Iranian devices at a price of 10% per device. If the domestic form of the device is not available, part of the cost of the device will be paid by the network (up to 50%).

This support is provided to government centers for privately owned network members in the form of grants under favorable conditions.
