The 30^th issue of “Knowledge-based” is published with an emphasis on the economy of Iran in the area of national production and the statement of the second step of the revolution in March 2019.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, on the eve of spring of 2019 (the Persian year 1398), we have seen the effect of the second step of the revolution. Gradually, the scientific and technological achievements of the Iranian youth in the past 40 years have been revealed. Therefore, this issue of the monthly educational, scientific, analytical journal of “Knowledge-based” has emphasized the importance of national and domestic production in the economy of the country and the statement of the second step of the Islamic revolution.

Parviz Karami, the editor-in-chief of “Knowledge-based” monthly journal responded to the question of “Why have they developed sanctions against us?”, writing: “they have sanctions us since we have learned how to be independent. Unfortunately, this issue has been advertised wrongly and its results has been the neglect of the issue in the country. To prove this issue, it is interesting to note that the largest sanctions of the United States against Iran have occurred at the current time, the same time that we have had the most scientific progress and technological improvement in the country. We have never experience expertise and enhancement in the country during the past 40 years of revolution, and we have never had a higher hope about the future. Well, are these signs not enough for proving that the United States is in conflict with us due to our self-efficiency and self-reliance?”
