The water, drought, erosion and environment technologies development headquarter supported a program, by which the sewage management project of advanced companies will be localized and the technology tree related to this area will be drawn.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the water, drought, erosion and environment technologies development headquarter supports the project of “monitoring the technologies of sewage treatment in advanced countries and drawing the technology map related to the recognition, localization and utilization of the program”.

This support has been created to achieve some goals, including monitoring wastewater treatment technologies in advanced countries of the world and designing the tree of technology, and possibility of using these technologies according to domestic knowledge and current infrastructures.

These goals will eventually make it possible to select the best wastewater treatment approach in three urban, industrial and agricultural sections.

With regard to the current crisis in the area of water resource supply, localization of water refinement technologies and application of unconventional water resources, specially wastewater, are among the effective methods to supply water, specifically in the industry section.

Therefore, the project of “monitoring the technologies of sewage treatment in advanced countries and drawing the technology map related to the recognition, localization and utilization of the program” was supported by the water, drought, erosion and environment technologies development headquarter.
