The competition of top idea will be held October 16^th 2018 in Hormozgan Province with a focus on marine handicrafts along with holding the fourth national festival of “Sea, the Path of Progress” that will be held with the support of marine knowledge-based industries and technologies development headquarter.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, handicrafts are the symbol of rich culture of this land and have a global population historically. These handicrafts are produced by hardworking and creative Iranians and have origin rooted in this country. In other words, cultural industries and in-home businesses have attracted the attention of many countries both in terms of a sustainable occupation and economic return and issues related to discourse creation and cultural advertisement in the modern world. Therefore, the marine knowledge-based industries and technologies have aimed to hold the marine idea market competition with a focus on marine industries in order to continue the activities in this field and move toward sustainable business development in this regard.

He continued: construct of different types of artistic frames and accessories is just a part of products created using seashells. It is hoped that with the growth and development of handicrafts and by small investments in the area of handicrafts, effective steps be taken to create occupational opportunities so that this industry could find its real place in the world in terms of economy, society, culture and job creation, laying the foundation for growth and development of economy of resistance emphasized by the Supreme Leader of Iran.

According to this report, the national festival of “Sea, the Path of Progress” will be held October 23^rd-25^th, 2018 in Holy Defense Museum of Tehran.
