The biotechnology development headquarter announced over a call that there is intention for modeling, designing and creating a research pilot with the goal of idea making, developing and using biotechnologies in stabilization of critical dust-producing cores, which is in line with the measures taken by the headquarter in this regard.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the environment working group of the biotechnology development headquarter announced over a call that in order to implement the modeling, designing and creating a research pilot with the goal of idea making, developing and using biotechnology in the stabilization of critical dust-producing cores, all recommendations and projects will be accepted until the March 22^nd 2019. After that, the delivered ideas and suggestions will be evaluated in the headquarter.

This project will be carried out with the goal of “adjustment of introduced technologies for local conditions in similar conditions in Khuzestan”, “management and guidance of technology potentials of the country” and “performing research in line with the development of biotechnologies in the country”.

In addition, “economical and sustainable use of wastewater for use in the province”, “providing job opportunities and economic production using marginal resources”, “feasibility for entering the private sector and knowledge-based companies for the development of activities”, and “investigation of compatibility of varieties and new plant and aquatic species introduced” are among the other objectives of the project.

Job formation, production of agricultural products and proper income earning for residents of mostly deprived and border-living areas of Khuzestan Province with the use of water resources are currently going to waste, creating several problems for the province and the country.
