It is an industry that becomes an indicator for the progress or failure of a country.

One of the most important and applied industries in any country is the transportation industry, which has sub-sectors such as marine, air, land, and rail. These industries around the world are taking the path of growing with the help of local experts from each country and utilizing applied technologies in other countries.

The national space and advanced transportation administration is one of the organizations that has taken steps toward the development of this industry by forming a marine working group. In addition, it has opened new doors to the entrance of technology to the field by receiving help from knowledge-based companies. One of these measures is supporting the standardization of domestically produced marine products. A few years ago, these products were overlooked due to purchasing foreign counterparts. Today, attempts are made to improve the domestic market by increasing domestic production.

Manufactured products require maritime certifications for usability at sea or in other words commercialization. Therefore, the marine working group has been established to facilitate obtaining necessary licenses for maritime industries.

In this regard, 32 products have received marine licenses, and this number will reach an acceptable range with the help of knowledge-based companies and expects. This growing trend can be a testament to the bright future of the country"s maritime industry. A future based on the empowerment of Iranian youth based on local and indigenous products.
