According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the fifth Rabe Rashidi exhibition and festival will be held with the aim of commercialization of technology, creating the foundation for completing the cycle of science to technology and technology to business and increase of export of knowledge-based services.

This event, which will be held November 11^th-15^th, 2017 with the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, has various goals, including the identification and introduction of innovations and technological inventions and knowledge-oriented projects and ideas, introduction of research and technology abilities and creating the foundations for making them applicable.

The fifth Rabe Rashidi exhibition and festival will be held to create communication between academics and technologies and various economic and executive sections, expanding regional, national and international technological collaborations, and attraction of investments (domestic and foreign) for knowledge-based investment opportunities in Tabriz.
