The national brain-mapping laboratory will hold the first national competition of brain-computer interface with a focus on electroencephalography.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, this national competition with an emphasis on electroencephalography and application of recorded waves on the head in rehabilitation of people with disabilities will be held. In addition, registration for the competition has been initiated since November 11^th 2017.

In this regard, enthusiasts can register for the competition in the form of two- to five-member groups. After downloading the questions of the competition from website of the laboratory and responding to the questions, the participants must send the responses to the email address announced by the event. After the evaluation of the results by a judging panel, those with more complete and accurate responses will be selected for the second round of the competition, which will be held at the location of the laboratory in person.

The judging panel of the competition is constituted of prominent professors of top universities in the country. At the end, three top groups will receive rewards and certificate of understanding.
