Technology Exchange between Iranian and Brazilian Researchers
The conference of Iran and Brazil on management of water and sustainable technologies was held in Seraj Hall in the presence of researchers of Pardis technology park, as well as researchers of domestic private companies and Brazilian technologists.
According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the conference of Iran and Brazil on management of water and sustainable technologies was held in the presence of representatives of two countries to discuss the latest technologies in the area of water management and correct use of sources and to perform needs assessment and create a proper foundation for joint collaborations of the two countries. In this event, Alvaro Galvani, trade officer of Brazil, and Mohsen Shaterzadeh, former ambassador of Iran in Brazil.
Representatives of active companies in this area and Osako, technical manager of Itaipu technology park of Brazil, introduced their plans and achievements.
Alvaro Glavani expressed his content with collaboration with Iran in the area of new technologies, expressing: we have decided to have proper collaborations with the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and innovative companies of Iran. In this regard, the delegation of Brazil also agrees with this plan.
After that, Mohsen Shaterzadeh pointed out the importance of cooperation between Iran and Brazil, stating: Brazil is one of the successful companies in the area of technology in the modern world. Therefore, we can establish a good association with this country as the follow-up of our former joint cooperation in previous years.
He also emphasized the importance of FINEP and the position of this investment fund, affirming: the Iranian technological companies have paid special attention to cooperation with FINEP.
Shaterzadeh marked that Brazil has the largest water dam, for which the most recent technologies of the world have been applied. He continued: the Itaipu is the largest water and electricity dam of the world. Therefore, the representative of Itaipu technology park can provide beneficial information for active Iranian companies in this area.
He added: a proper cooperation environment has been created between Iran and Brazil in the area of new technologies, which is economically beneficial for both countries.
At the end of his speech, the former ambassador of Iran in Brazil presented a complete report on solutions for defining joint technology and innovation collaborations between Brazil and Iran.
Active technological companies in the energy area of Iran, such as Tiam Parsy Pasargad Co., Behin Ab Zendeh Roud Co., Kavosh Sanat Toos Co., Towzin Electric Co., Avecinna Co., Parspooyesh Co., PISHGAM Industrial Designers Company, and Taam Locomotive Arya Co., presented their achievements and abilities in this area, providing some recommendations for effective synergy between innovators and technologists of the two countries.
