The special summer program of “Daneshkar” will be held for students at all levels and graduates with the support of the economy culture building headquarter to teach special skills for various occupations.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the “Daneshkar” event, which is a combination of the name of university and industry, includes theory and practical educations. BSc, MSc, and PhD students and graduates of all levels can participate in this workshop. These individuals can receive the “competency” package as the first step, which includes general and special skills.

The general skills of the competency pack include occupational skills such as communication, learning, advanced searching, occupational self-recognition, and writing resumes. Along with the package, some personality tests have been designed to help the participants recognize themselves.

Along with these issues, knowledge-based companies and other industrial companies as employers of this project will define the internship opportunities on the website of the event. It is notable that internship here is different from other places. This internship is defined in two forms of skill improvement and recruitment.

Individuals who have passed the in-person workshops and the competency package, will evaluate the internship opportunities and send their requests based on the teachings they received in line with creating their resume. After the evaluation of employers and job seekers and interviews, the internship course will initiate. According to the statistics, about 70% of the requests lead to the entrance of students and graduates into the industry.

At this stage, the specialized competency pack will be provided from the employers, who are the best teachers. The interns will pass a 200-300-hour course. At this stage, a person called “Rahyar” will guide the job seeker and supports his benefits. This type of internship is regarded purposive since it is possible to work half-time, full-time, or in the form of projects with the employee.
