According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the cognitive sciences and technologies development headquarter has allocated the eighth call for support of research projects in June 2018 with a serious emphasis on cognitive issues of learners to achieve specific goals in the area of cognitive sciences and develop integration of theses and dissertations of students.
According to this report, the eighth round of call for research projects will pay special attention to the support of top researchers who are interested in the cognitive sciences and have had no activities in this area. The focused activities are related to the monitoring of MSc and PhD theses, publication of articles in valid journals, performing research projects, manufacturing products or providing services in the area of cognitive sciences and technologies.
In addition, projects proposed by researchers include at least the two MSc and PhD theses, which must be followed up in line with research, technology and service development in the area of cognitive area and within the framework of priorities of the headquarter. The research and technology development projects, especially those in the basic sciences area, must have defined phases to eliminate society needs and develop knowledge-based economy.
