Startup weekend of “Tasty” will be held in Mashhad during November 29^th-December 1^st, 2017 by the efforts and collaborations of the soft and identity-making technologies development headquarter.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the soft and identity-making technologies development headquarter of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and national elites foundation of Khorasan Razavi will hold the startup weekend of “Tasty” on food industry in Mashhad during November 29^th-December 1^st, 2017.

The main topics of this event are food health, restaurant services, Islamic traditional foods, innovation in food delivery, innovation in food industries and sciences, innovation in food packaging and healthy souvenirs (eatable souvenirs).

The main cause of holding this event is the lifestyle of people in our society, which is more correlated with technology and innovation every day. Food industry is also a unique and interesting area, that can be associated with creativities and innovations.

In this event, more than 60 million IRR special prizes will be provided for the first three teams, which can also enter the pre-accelerating course of Ferdowsi.

Other selected teams can benefit from the support of national elites foundation of Khorasan Razavi, food industry research center and science and technology park to establish and develop their businesses. 

Startup weekend is an experiential education event worldwide, which is held in three consecutive days (at the end of the week).

In addition, motivated participants, such as programmers, commercial managers, startup enthusiasts, marketers and graphic designers, will present their ideas, establish groups and implement their ideas during 54 hours.
