According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the conference of energy smart grid will be held in Shahid Rajaei Teacher Training University during December 2017.

In addition to the development of boarders of knowledge and exchange of scientific and technical opinions of professors, students and researchers, the aim of this event is more familiarization of experts with issues of each other and related to industrial centers. In fact, this event is an opportunity for gathering of experts and academics of various areas of smart grid to synergy of ability in line with the realization of goals of energy smart grid, gaining global experiences and promoting relevant results.

Intelligent city and internet of objects, electric transportation and vehicles, monitoring, control and protection of the vast area, telecommunication and IT systems, physical and cyber security of smart grid, reliability, management of energy and load responsiveness, culture building, legislation and standards for smart grids, smart sensors, advanced measurement systems and automation, distributed generation, energy storage, micro grid, active distribution networks and energy hubs, application of power and energy systems (production, transfer, distribution, market, exploitation and design) and role of smart grids in error management (protection, emergency response and system retrieval infrastructure) are the main areas of the conference.

Some of the programs of the conference are lecturing of prominent professors and presentation of articles (oral and posters). In this regard, lecture of Mohammad Shahidehpour, head of the Institute of Energy Studies, Institute of Technology, Illinois, USA, Martin Kaltschmitt, head of the Research Group Efficient Energy System and Production Processes, and Manfred Unterweger, manager of development and promotion of products of smart grids of Siemens Co.

In addition, holding a specialized exhibition to present domestic achievements in this area and relevant educational workshops are other programs of the conference. Registration deadline for the conference is December 6^th 2017.
