Chairman of Iran national space administration stated: one of the ways to make advancement in the aerial industry of Iran is developing the high-profit industry of aerial taxis and small aircrafts.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Manouchehr Manteghi, chairman of Iran national space administration, expressed about the status of Iran regarding the production of small aircrafts: Iran has a good condition in terms of construction of passenger airplanes under 20 people, and Iranian experts have the ability to design small aircrafts.

He continued: our responsibility is developing the market for these airplanes. In most cases, such as emergency area or light displacements, airplanes can be active with significantly low costs.

According to Manteghi, there is a series of limitations to the activity of small aircrafts in Iran, elimination of which requires negotiations and agreement with Iran Civil Aviation Organization in order to provide a condition for flight of these airplanes.
