According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, in a meeting held between information technology, communications and cyberspace development headquarter and information technology holding of “Yamato Transport Co”, strategies for mutual cooperation in the field of business development and investment opportunities in the area of new information and communication technologies were assessed so that the foundations for interactions between the two countries could be expanded.

In this meeting and after summarizing the cooperation methods with Yamato Transport Co., Ltd, it was decided for Japan to evaluate the techniques for transfer of knowledge and mutual cooperation in the field of technical issues and assess the creation of foundations and a proper space for activities of the Japanese company in Iran, so that exchange of experiences and knowledge in the area of increase of entrepreneurial activities, new businesses (startups), and specifically, exchange of knowledge and new technologies could be facilitated.
