With the goal of developing public aviation, a tripartite agreement was signed among the national space and advanced transportation administration, Iran Airports Company, and Iran Civil Aviation Organization with the support of the vice-chancellor for transportation of the ministry of road and construction.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Manouchehr Manteghi, chairman of the national space and advanced transportation administration, pointed out the signing of an agreement to develop public aviation in the country, stating: one of the government"s challenges this year is to increase job creation by using the prosperous production and deployment of powerful forces.

He continued: one of the areas that needs improvement with the help of the Iranian youth is the aerospace field. Iran has a suitable status in terms of capable workforce and experts in the aviation field.

According to Manteghi, flourishing of businesses in public aviation could turn rays of hope into valuable opportunities especially during the period that we are dealing with various economic sanctions and lack of ability to purchase airplanes from other countries.

He also asserted: in this regard, an agreement was signed among the national space and advanced transportation administration, Iran Airports Company, and Iran Civil Aviation Organization to supply the domestic needs of the country in the field of public aviation.

Manteghi continued: the players of this field have aimed to take a long and stable step toward improvement by signing this agreement. In addition, this agreement creates coordination between organizations to develop public aviation and start tripartite collaboration.
