According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Mahdi Faghihi, secretary of information, communication and cyberspace technologies development headquarter, emphasized the necessity of activity in the area of creation of local platforms in the area of information and communication technologies of the country, stating: one of the methods to development this section is creation of platforms, where knowledge-based companies and startups can freely do their business and enter the market with an accelerated pace and with a lower cost.

Faghihi expressed that up to this date, proper measures have been taken in the area of creation of various platforms in ICT area, affirming: with regard to the support provided by the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and ministry of information and communication, an extremely proper ability has been formed in the country by the private sector.

Detection of the most common needs of knowledge-based companies in the area of content production is one of the necessities of this field.

Faghihi pointed out the most common needs of knowledge-based companies in the area of content production, mentioning: each knowledge-based company is moving in an entrepreneurship ecosystem in the area of content production. For instance, the topic of messengers in the form of an entrepreneurial ecosystem requires the provision of facilities and infrastructures for development and growth. However, these requirements are also observed in various areas, such as regulations, facilitation of business environment, financial and economic areas and cultural and social regions.

Faghihi also talked about the support provided by the Vice-Presidency for messengers, asserting: a part of support considered for knowledge-based companies has been defined in the law of support of knowledge-based companies, where financial supports have been provided for these companies as well. In addition, special facilities have been assigned to these companies in the area of facilitation of business environment.
