The patent office of the Vice-Presidency has taken effective steps toward conducting educational and promotional activities in the area of intellectual properties. In this regard, educational courses were held in 16 cities in the country last year and will continue this year.

Last year, this goal was followed up by the patent office more than before by holding different educational courses in 16 cities. More than 1,500 people were trained in these courses, which included training for research institutes, universities and industrial companies.

Of course, in addition to face-to-face training courses, the development of online activities and the holding of special courses are also pursued in the targeted center.

Regular holding of training workshops in different seasons of the year in accordance with the educational calendar is one of the programs of the center, held last year in the form of 13 training and extension courses.

The patent office has taken novel measures such as holding courses with different topics based on the needs of the audience. Moreover, holding three courses entitled “trademark” was in line with this purpose.

This year, educational programs will be followed up more efficiently, and nine events have been held in the first three months of the new year. Notably, student education activities will be initiated this year as well.
