Pardis Technology Park will assign some of its third-phase land pieces known as the entrepreneurship campus and it covers 21 hectares.

The main purpose of establishing this large technology park in the northeast of Tehran has been, above all, the commercialization of technology and the help of investors to enter knowledge-based and technology businesses.

Knowledge Campus

Today, the first phase of Pardis Technology Park (Innovation Campus) has been exploited and the pieces of the second phase (Knowledge Campus) are allocated to applicants and will be exploited in the next year.

Hossein Saberi, the vice president for Pardis Technology Park, asserted: the ecosystem within this complex is the result of bringing together creative people, startups, venture capitalists and knowledge-based companies, which often consist of young forces. Providing legal benefits is another part of the attraction of the complex, which in turn will lead to the development of new businesses.

Assigning Lands in the Third Phase (Entrepreneurship Pardis)

He added: today, Pardis Technology Park has announced a call for allocating its third-phase lands known as the entrepreneurship campus in an area of 21 hectares.

The vice president for Pardis Technology Park explained about the pieces prepared to be allocated, adding: a number of pieces will be assigned at this phase. Based on applicants’ need, the area of pieces will be somewhere between 550 to 2500 m2.

Regarding the prioritization of these lands, he explained: “we are looking to attract high growth companies, both in terms of knowledge, technology and economic profitability. Areas such as advanced medical equipment, information and communication technology, electronics, control and instrumentation, and laboratory and laboratory services will be a priority.

According to the call, applicants can submit their request by referring to the website of Pardis Technology Park (techpark.ir) during January 26th-March 5th, 2020.
