Emphasizing that the design of the system for promoting productivity and the use of new energies, Dehghani continued: We must redesign the game of energy efficiency in such a way that the current beneficiaries are not excluded. If we somehow involve the previous actors in the new model, productivity improvement can be efficient and effective.
Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy pointed out the most important challenges in the way of improving the productivity system and added: sometimes parallel work, conflicting interests of stakeholders, lack of proper implementation of Article 26 of the Law on Reforming Consumption Patterns, high risk of investment in the field of new and renewable energies.
