During the meeting of knowledge-based economy and production leap of East Azerbaijan Province, Sattari mentioned that culture plays an important role in development, adding: efforts should be made to direct academic and research centers’ thinking toward the importance of humans. During the trip of Sattari to East Azerbaijan, he visited the advanced technologies industrial town and opened the first production line of sealed-tube 500-W CO2 lasers.
