In the meeting with the adviser to the President of Senegal, the Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy stressed that paying special attention to the African continent and cooperation opportunities with it is one of the most strategic plans of the Islamic Republic: "To build production factories and transfer technology in areas such as digital equipment, Oil and energy, agriculture and greenhouse, medicine and medical equipment are ready in Senegal and we are interested to participate in the very promising program of "Emerging Senegal".

The vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy, stating that Senegal will have a bright and successful future, noted: "Senegal's stable political structure is very important in this success, and the vision it has drawn for itself is very promising. Considering the political and religious closeness that exists between us (Iran and Senegal), we are interested in establishing scientific cooperation because paying special attention to the African continent and cooperation opportunities with it is one of the most strategic programs of the Islamic Republic. Therefore, along with long visions, operational steps should be put on the agenda and these cooperations should be expanded by finding detailed solutions.

In another part of this meeting, Dehghani announced his agreement to cooperate with the university under the management of Sheikh Kante and assigned Mirabadi, the head of the international interaction center in the Vice Presidency of Science, to provide more opportunities for communication between the two countries and to cooperate in three priority issues of energy and agriculture and health, in the form of cooperation agreements.
