Fragrant and colorful blossoms and the consistency of the ecosystem of knowledge-based economy grow from the life-giving branches of technologists and innovators, elites and entrepreneurs in the spring of the knowledge-based economy leap to bear the sweet and living fruits of value, employment and authority.

The past year had spring events for the inhabitants of this ecosystem. The selection of the slogan of the year by the wise leader of the revolution, aligned with the knowledge-based economy, and his emphasis on production and job creation through this economy, as well as the approval of the progressive and progressive knowledge-based production leap law, all became a beacon of enlightenment to follow the path of technology and innovation activists, with more effort and higher determination and motivation.

This fledgling economy is at the beginning of the path, and now at the beginning of this path, it is necessary to learn from the ancient and instructive tradition of Nowruz, innovatively, actively and creatively, to step on this path with more speed and motivation. A firmer determination and will, of course, firmer faith and trust. The year ahead, with the help of His Excellency and the favors of the supreme leader of the revolution, will be a year with great and pioneering achievements for the dear and noble people of Iran, and full of lasting achievements for the activists of knowledge-based economy, God willing. In the hope that the fruitful and flourishing branches of innovation and technology will be linked with the strong and powerful trunks of industries so that the nectar of the fruits of added value and employment, in the realization and evolution of value chains, will be sweeter to people's palates than in the past.

I congratulate the noble people of Iran, concerned people, technologists and innovators in the field of knowledge-based economy on the arrival of Nowruz 1402, which promises good and promising days for the future, and I hope to fulfill the slogan of this year, which was given by the supreme and respected leader of the Islamic Revolution, to curb inflation and increase production. Knowledge-based companies have been chosen to play an effective and pioneering role.

The knowledge-based companies of the country, which are equipped with young and creative brains of this border and region, have an extraordinary capacity that can produce benefits in connection with industries, quantity, quality and innovation and face inflation.

I hope that the coming year will be full of innovative youths, happiness and pride for the people of Iran, including the activists of the ecosystem of technology, innovation and knowledge-based production.
