Secretary of biotechnology development headquarter announced the production of vaccines for livestock, poultry and aquatic animals in a joint cooperation between the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, ministry of agriculture, and economic organization of Astan Quds Razavi.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Mostafa Ghanei, secretary of biotechnology development headquarter, stated about vaccine production in the country: in a joint cooperation between the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, ministry of agriculture, Barekat pharmaceutical company and economic organization of Astan Quds Razavi, vaccines for livestock, poultry and aquatic animals are produced in order to quantitatively and qualitatively improve the vaccines required by the healthcare system in strategic areas. In addition, it is aimed to organize the production of the mentioned vaccines and create interactions between the chain of value of production of these vaccines and motivational work for development of knowledge-based companies.

He also asserted: implementation of motivational mechanisms for development of knowledge-based companies in the area of vaccines for livestock, poultry and aquatic animals is another effective measure taken in this area.
