The first aerospace festival of students and family was held by the national space administration of Iran and with the cooperation of the research center of Amir Kabir.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the first aerospace festival of students and family was held in the national science foundation in the presence of 50 top students in various academic levels along with a number of education instructors and managers of research centers of 19 districts of Tehran.

In this festival, Mohammad Ali Dashtipour, general director of research center of Tehran, expressed the goal of the festival to be the development and institutionalization of the culture of space and recognition of its applications in everyday life.

He also pointed out that the target society is students, asserting: this festival was held to create an acceptable knowledge in students so that the space industry of the country could be significantly improved by these individuals.

In this festival, 50 top students and managers of research centers of Tehran, who participated in holding educational workshops, were awarded and it was announced that more educational workshops will be held in all regions with a new approach in the next year.
