According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the national technomart of Iran has aimed to hold educational courses in various periods due to the importance of empowering its own brokers (technology intermediators). In this regard, the educational course of legal contracts for transfer of technology will be held February 14^th-15^th, 2018.

This educational course, which will be held in the presence of brokers of regional and specialized technomarts of the country in order to cover the legal issues of technology transfer, includes theoretical education, case assessment of previous contracts, regulations for preparation of contracts, analysis of judgement vote and simulation of negotiations.

Active technology brokers in the national technomart of Iran permanently offer technology transfer services to technology owners and demanders. In this regard, it is essential to have the necessary tools and abilities, one of which is legal knowledge and knowing about the regulations of the country in this area.

The educational courses of legal contracts of the technomart will be held in three two-day courses in areas of marketing contracts, investment attraction contracts and technology transfer contracts during a period of six months. The first round of this event was held October 10^th-11^th, 2018 in the area of marketing legal contracts. following that, the educational course of legal issues related to investment in innovation will be held. 

The national technomart of Iran is active due to the order of the Islamic parliament of this country under the supervision of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs in order to develop the technology market in the country. To date, 17 regional technomarts have been established in various provinces of the country and one specialized technomart has been created in gas industry, providing services such as technology product marketing, helping technology transfer, and attracting investment for innovative individuals and companies through the related brokers.
