A cooperation agreement is signed between the national science foundation and the math society of Iran to witness the improved support of researchers in this field.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the national science foundation signed a cooperation agreement with the math society of Iran to recognize, create interactions and support this powerful strata of the country to use this cooperation in implementing their policies.

Use of the potential and capacities of the society members to evaluate and monitor the projects and membership in the working group of the foundation, delivery of research priorities in various orientations of math, order of holding workshops and/or conferences, promotion of math and increase of general knowledge about the importance of science by providing this method, strategic growth of math in the country, evaluation of math house and provide through more effectiveness of math house in provinces, and recognition and introduction of prominent professors of Iran in math principles in scientific centers outside the country to the relevant organizations to create new fields in this area are among the main topics of the agreement.

Signing the agreement with various centers and support of research projects will pave the way for flourishing of the country. This agreement was signed by Nosratollah Zargham, head of the national science foundation, and Mohammad Ali Dehghan, head of the math society of Iran, to witness growth and development of innovations in the area of math. Duration of this agreement is five years, and intellectual property of results of research projects performed mutually and technical knowledge that is a part of results belong to the society, foundation, and researchers.
