According to the public relations and information center of the presidency vice presidency for science and technology affairs, Parviz Karami- president of the knowledge-based science, technology and economy culture development headquarter of the vice presidency for science affairs informed: The 5^th session of the International Exhibition of Technology and Innovation (INOTEX2016) will be held from May 22^nd to 25^th, 2016 with the approach of making the bedrock for introducing international technological cooperations.

Parviz Karami also stated: Presence of 90 companies and institutes from over than 14 countries in this exhibition has been finalized so far which the national pavilion of Russia, Greece and Belarus will be set up concentratedly.

Consultant of the presidency vice president for science and technology affairs mentioned the main approach of the country in the current year which was elucidated by the Supreme Leader in the form of the slogan “Resistive economy, attempt and action” and stated: Along with the Foreign companies, Superior Iranian companies will be present in different technology and innovation field and will demonstrate their latest technological achievements.

Mentioning the holding of the second international meeting with the topic of “Innovation Networking” in the margin of this exhibition, he said: It has been planned that over than 12 foreign teachers and experts beside Iranian experts discuss and exchange opinion in two days and in 10 professional panels of related topics.

Parviz Karami said that this attempt was a proper opportunity for the entire activists in technology and innovation in the arena of exchanging practical experiences in technology, innovation and knowledge-based companies.

He added: Some meetings with presence of Iranian entrepreneurs and experts, international educating workshop with participation of science and technology center of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), some professional meetings in different fields of technology with different countries and six educating workshops are some of the programs of this international event.

Consultant of the presidency vice president for science and technology affairs also mentioned the success of the exhibition part of INOTEX in previous years and said: Hence, the 5^th session of the International Exhibition of Technology and Innovation (INOTEX2016) is considered with the successful experience of previous years and targeting for inviting valid technologist companies from other countries.

In the following, Parviz Karami  stated that technology tours for visiting the INOTEX exhibition in the exhibition have been planned and expressed: 16 provincial offices of Iran tech-mart  from sub branches of the presidency vice presidency for science and technology affairs that are active under the title of regional tech-marts will bring at least 10 superior industrial companies of their province to the exhibition in the form of a visiting tour.

He also stated: Each foreign company present in this exhibition in different levels has at least some Iranian corresponding and we seek creating vast relationships including bestowing agency, transferring technology, buying and selling products and selling services among domestic and foreign companies. Based on this, main aims of this exhibition are creating proper place for marketing and selling knowledge-based products made in Iran and introducing these products to other activists and experts and on the other hand, single exchanges and transfers and Iran advanced technologies to other countries are very important in  holding this event.

President of the knowledge-based science, technology and economy culture development headquarter of the vice presidency for science affairs stated that over than 100 foreign companies from different countries would provide their technological and innovative achievements in the 5^th session of INOTEX exhibition and continued: Countries such as Russia, Greece, Belarus, Austria, India, China and South Korea will be present for technology transfer and will provide their products. Moreover, experts from several countries will attend the second international meeting of INOTEX during holding this exhibition.

Consultant of head of the National Elites Foundation explained about the fields and scientific and technology branches present in INOTEX 2016: Advanced technologies in the fields of Information and communication technology, industrial and medical alterations automation, metallurgy, bio technology, electronic and communication, mechanic and Mechatronic, optic, aerospace, new and renewable energies, petroleum, gas and petrochemical, medical technology and medical engineering, smart systems, Earth’s atmosphere, medical and laboratorial equipments, infrastructural industries and facilities will be provided in this exhibition.

Based on this report, the 5^th session of the International Exhibition of Technology and Innovation (INOTEX2016) will be held from May 22^nd to May 25^th, 2016 at Tehran International exhibition by the effort of the presidency vice presidency for science and technology affairs.
