According to the public relations and information center of the presidency vice presidency for science and technology affairs, Saeed Sarkar, president of the nano technology development headquarter of the vice presidency for science affairs who were in charge in the nano task force at the 3rd supreme commission of technology cooperation of Iran and Russia, said about decisions made in this task force: In this task force, 16 cases of cooperation were agreed upon from which 12 cases had some alterations.
Sarkar stated: Iran and Russia are two countries which have had good progresses in technology. However, Russia has good progresses in technology. Cooperation with Russia in science and technology is profitable for both countries.
President of the nano technology development headquarter of the vice presidency for science affairs believes that cooperation between the two countries can meet the two nation’s profit and accelerate the technology development for both countries.
He mentioned: The supreme commission of technology cooperation of Iran and Russia can be very effective in this arena and have some operational projects in near future.
In stating a sample of these technologies he said: Russia asked us to evaluate nano carbon tube and technology transfer gets done from Iran to Russia. Moreover it was set that some technologies like anti corrosion coating get transfer from Russia to Iran.
It should be said that the 3rd supreme commission of technology cooperation of Iran and Russia was held with the presidency vice president for science and technology affairs’ trip to Moscow. Several task forces of scientific topics were held in this commission which the nano task force headed by Dr. Saeed Sarkar was one of them.
