According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the national technomart of Iran has aimed to hold educational courses for legal contracts of technology transfer due to the importance of empowering of the network of technology brokers.

Mohammad Talebi, instructor of this course, stated about the topics of the workshop: educational issues will be presented in four areas of theoretical issues based on contracts, transfer of technology and issues related to the articles of contracts, evaluation and regulation of contracts and checking layouts, where courts and centers of arbitration have been issued.

Talebi pointed out the simulation of negotiation and contract conclusion meetings in this course, expressing: negotiation simulation issue has an innovative aspect and is significantly informative.

This advisor and teacher of legal aspects of contracts mentioned the theoretical teaching of these issues in universities, affirming: the main goal of this workshop is practical concluding of contracts, which will have positive results and prevents their referral to dispute resolution centers and courts as far as possible.

He also talked about the new topics of this area, asserting: while the area of science and technology is relatively new in Iran, there has been significant growth in technology of the country in the past few years.

Active technology brokers of the national technomart of Iran permanently provide technology transfer services to the both parties and demand presentations. In addition, it is essential for these individuals to be equipped with various abilities and tools, one of which is legal knowledge about the regulations of the country.

The national technomart of Iran is active by the order of the higher council of cultural revolution and under the supervision of the Vice-Presidency in order to develop the technology market of Iran.
