According to the Communication and Information Center in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, Ruhollah Dehghani, in the celebration of the Student's Day held on December 07 at the University of Science and Culture, pointed to the place of Academic Jihad as a link between the industry and the university, and said: Academic Jihad is something beyond the university and at the same time it has less difficulty and dryness than the industry. The industry has its complexities and difficulties, and the university has a soft and gentle environment, and Academic Jihad is something between the two.
According to him, Academic Jihad is one of the best and most influential institutions in the country in creating an environment for academics to understand the needs of the market, and it starts solving the problem from the market stage in order to produce the required science and technology.
Emphasizing the need for the students of the University of Science and Culture to know as much as possible about the capacities of Academic Jihad, Dehghani added: This university should be linked with the structure of Academic Jihad so that students can see the real issues closely and take steps towards solving them. Academic Jihad is a platform where students advance their work with a market-oriented and problem-solving approach, and for this reason, I emphasize that students interact with this organization as much as possible.
Dehghani stated that the solutions of money injection and material support are not a stable and efficient way to attract and retain talents, considering the serious competition in the world to attract specialized human resources and the limitations of the country, and stated: Today, the world is facing a serious challenge of retaining human resources and it must be To take advantage of effective, forward-looking and efficient way as an opportunity to influence an elite in order to preserve valuable human capital.
The Head of the National Elites Foundation stated: The new regulations of the foundation have been changed towards not focusing on academic fields and expanding the circle of elites on the one hand, and the mechanisms of identification and recruitment have changed from self-declaration to active and intelligent discovery of elites using professors.
