Chairman of the national space administration stated: establishment of general aviation centers in airports of the country will provide the proper conditions to use and maintain airplanes.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Manouchehr Manteghi, chairman of the national space administration, expressed about the necessity of development of general aviation industry in the country, affirming: the aviation organization of the country and Vice-Presidency will support the establishment of general aviation centers in airports of the country and surrounding areas and those without airports.

He continued: establishment of general aviation centers in airports of the country and surrounding regions and areas without airports will provide a proper situation for use and maintenance of airplanes and provision of after-sale services, as well as support of provision of pieces and general education of pilots for general people of the society.

According to Manteghi, another measure taken in this regard has been the promotion of use of private jets and leasing of airplanes for those willing to buy light and semi-light airplanes.
