According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the INOTEX 2020 opening ceremony will be held with an online speech by Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, and in-person speeches by Mahdi Safarinia, the head of Pardis Technology Park, and Sajad Fashami, the secretary of the exhibition, at Pardis Technology Park.

A part of the event will be held virtually to adhere to health protocols. It is notable that 3D booths will be held by startups and companies in the virtual part of the event. In addition, the secondary events of INOTEX 2020 will be held August 12^th-15^th, 2020.

Companies and startups that receive virtual booths can display their videos, photos or catalogs, products and services in these booths and talk to their virtual visitors.

Over the past eight rounds, INOTEX has ad more than 40,000 specialized visitors and 1400 companies from 25 different countries have held booths in the event.

The event seeks to introduce investors to new and technological startups and ideas through dialogue and networking. In this event, technology companies and startup activists will showcase their latest achievements. Products, services and ideas are shared with investors. This will financially strengthen the country's innovation ecosystem.

By supporting tens of similar events, the Vice-Presidency has laid the foundation for the development of the ecosystem of knowledge-based economy in the country. Many successful knowledge-based companies, technology companies and startups have taken advantage of the opportunity to participate in entrepreneurial events to pave the way for the growth of their economic unit.
