According to the communication and information center in the vice presidency of science, technology, the vice presidency of science, technology and knowledge-based economy, and the economic headquarters in the Ministry of Defense and Support, concluded a cooperation agreement to complete the value chains of knowledge-based institutions, by using the capacities of the Ministry of Defense.

During his speech at the signing ceremony of this agreement, referring to the existence of capacities and fields of cooperation with the Ministry of Defense and using the infrastructure of this complex to develop the knowledge-based economy on the one hand and complete the industrial value chain on the other hand, Dehghani said: The Ministry of Defense is one of the leading institutions. It is considered in the field of knowledge and technology and is among the few ministries that has a knowledge-based nature from the beginning of its activity.

In the agreement on which six months of expert work has been carried out and the main axes of cooperation have been enumerated, eight different areas including digital economy, mining and mineral industries, semiconductor electronics industry, oil, gas and petrochemicals, national security, urban development of resources and energy has been agreed upon and the use of knowledge-based companies from the infrastructure of the Ministry of Defense and the strengthening of the network of partner companies of the Ministry of Defense under the Ministry of Defense's economic base has been agreed upon.

Dehghani expressed hope that at least five axes of this cooperation agreement will be implemented by the beginning of next year.
