The memorandum of understanding was signed to create employment with a social entrepreneurship approach at the national level. Using the capacity of social assistance, Qard al-Hasan, and social entrepreneurship for social development is another goal of this joint cooperation.

The soft and identity-making technologies development headquarter and the Iranian Qard al-Hasan Culture Supporters Association have agreed on performing joint programs to support small and home jobs in villages and smart cities. The provision of mentoring services to social entrepreneurship nuclei to start and develop micro-businesses was another goal of this memorandum.

Moreover, the two parties will establish specialized accelerators in the field of social entrepreneurship so that startups and creative companies could provide services in this area. 

The memorandum of understanding was signed by Seyed Mohammad Hossein Sajjadi Nayeri, the secretary of the soft and identify-making technologies development headquarter, Esmaeil Ghaderifar, the head of strategic technologies development headquarter, and Mohammad Hossein Hosseinzadeh, the representative of the Iranian Qard al-Hasan Culture Supporters Association.
