The innovation factory was born at the heart of the forgotten urban capacities; unused potentials that can be the source of technological evolutions in the country. One of these forgotten capacities that is supposed to flourish in the heart of the innovation and technology ecosystem is the rail transportation system.

Capacities that can be turned into technological evolutions and develop rail transportation in the country using all of its belongings. The unused capacities of rail field play a significant role in the development of cargo in the country. Therefore, the rail working group of Iran national space and advanced transportation has aimed to recognize these capacities.

An important issue in increasing the effectiveness of the country"s general fleet is assessing the level of using the capacities and planning to use them more. These capacities are to be identified and used with the help of other relevant devices.

Many capacities have been left unused due to the lack of proper infrastructure and certain conditions that must be considered to carry some loads. As such, the rail working group of the Vice-Presidency has entered the field to develop cargo in the country by recognizing the remaining capacity of rail transport.
