A statute has been regulated in cooperation with the standard organization to define standards at the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs. The capacities of the statute will be used to standardize transport automation equipment.

The secretary of the national space and advanced transportation administration suggested the establishment of an assessment center and optimal use of big data and formation of innovation factories.

He continued: to start the Innovation Factory project, part of that center can be allocated to joint projects with the Roads and Transportation Organization through the interaction of the Innovation Center.

According to Manteghi, 10 quick-return projects will be implemented in 12 months in cooperation with this organization and the Advanced Space and Transportation Technology Development Headquarters.

In addition, Abdolhashem Hasannia, the deputy minister of road and urban construction, pointed out: it is necessary to use automation systems in the road transportation section. About 220,000 kilometers of roads have been built across the country, and in addition to the activities of 350,000 freight fleets and 100,000 passenger fleets, about 1.5 million people are directly and indirectly employed in the field of road transport.
