According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, expressed during one of his travels to Sistan and Baluchestan province: “the science and technology park in Zahedan is one of the best and most dynamic parks of the country. I always feel good when I visit this center.”

Areas of new energy (with emphasis on wind, sun, and sea waves), mining and non-metallic products, agriculture (with emphasis on medicinal plants, tropical products, bananas and dates, and salinity- and dehydration-resistant products), and fisheries and aquaculture, creative industries, including content production, and handicrafts are areas of activities of knowledge-based companies.

Pointing out the high capacity of knowledge-based companies to develop knowledge-based businesses, Sattari marked: the amount of government investment in the field of education in Sistan and Baluchestan has been significant and these specialized human capital should be used in a favorable way in the development of students" economics. The country pays for the education and training of these young people so that they can be effective in solving local problems, and the profitability of this investment will happen at the hands of creative and university-educated young people.

In this regard, Seyed Mohammad Hossein Sajjadi Nayeri, the secretary of the soft and identity-making technologies development headquarter, considered the results of investment and the efforts of the country"s knowledge-based ecosystem in areas such as Sistan and Baluchestan to be significant, expressing: this province is one of the top 5 provinces in the country in terms of the number of creative companies.

Pointing out the headquarter’s program to increase the number of creative companies to 2000 in the current year, he expressed hope about the qualitative and quantitative growth in the country and increased number of companies in the province.
