According to Sattari, Ilam province has developed the features of the province by relying on the innovative youth of the industrial sector. We must know that factory is different from industry. Only a factory is created with the full import of machinery from abroad, but if we are able to make the necessary designs and produce the required equipment inside the country, it can then be argued that the industry was created in the true sense of the word.
