The vice president for science and technology affairs stated: the orientation of Royan Research center to earn revenues from knowledge-based companies is a valuable act, which has led to the decrease of Royan’s dependency on the government.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the first phase of “Royan center for innovative technologies commercialization and acceleration” was opened at Royan Research Center in the presence of Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs.

In addition to expressing condolences for the latest incidents, Sattari expressed: these incidents will not weaken us. In fact, they will improve our strength to continue moving toward the development of knowledge-based economy and technology in the country.

Pointing out the activity of Royan Research Center, Sattari added: every day, we witness new phenomena in Royan Research Center. However, development of the knowledge-based ecosystem in a region of Tehran in the presence of top researchers and scientists is a valuable act of the center.

Development of Stem Cells Businesses by Booming of the Ecosystem

The vice president for science and technology affairs continued: knowledge-based companies are active in Royan with the management of the youth in the country, who form knowledge-based occupations. Opening of Royan Technology Tower was definitely a turning point in this area.

The president of the stem cells sciences and technologies development headquarter marked: the Vice-Presidency has always supported Royan financially and spiritually since it is an important center in the field of stem cells.
