According to the Communication and Information Center in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, the official opening ceremony of this collection was attended by Ruhollah Dehghani, the Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, Hojjatul-Islam Qomi, the head of the Islamic Propaganda Organization, and Mohammad Mahdi Dadman, the head of the artistic field of the Islamic Revolution.

During his speech at this event, Dehghani considered the field of culture, art and creative industries as a favorable space for breathing the human spirit and continued: Everything will find meaning with culture and man evolves in the spiritual sense in the atmosphere of culture.

He described science and art as two value-creating beings in the atmosphere of culture and noted: when knowledge and economy connect with each other, company and industry are created and its benefits reach all people. Similarly, when art is linked with economy, valuable and artistically beautiful products are created, but the connecting point between art and industry is creative products. Creative companies are formed in the intersection between artistic and technological products by creative collections. The field of animation and entertainment is an example of this, combining technology, science, art and economy.

Regarding the Baharestan Creative House complex, Dehghani said: "Baharestan Workshop" is the foundation for the creation of innovative achievements and the fruition of ideas formed on the basis of common goals.

He stated that he considers economy to be the second priority in the issue of culture, and stated: When only economy is prioritized in culture, vulgar culture is created, but the economy that is formed in the atmosphere of culture is a thriving and innovative economy.
