According to the communication and information center in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-based Economy, Ruhollah Dehghani, who was speaking at the meeting of the country's top scientific elites and talents with the Supreme Leader, said: I thank God that We are fortunate to be with a group of elites in the presence of His Highness, who have really been the biggest supporter and encouragement of the country's science and technology in all these years.

He pointed out: Thanks to the Islamic Revolution, the ingenious leadership and the decisive support of His Highness, the movement of the country's elite today, with world-class scientists and researchers, about 10,000 knowledge-based companies, 3,000 knowledge-based technological companies, and 2,000 creative companies. The country has a huge capacity to influence the macro level of governance and the transformation of science, culture and economy in the second step of the Islamic revolution. In these days, science and technology as a factor of authority and superiority is one of the fundamental elements of international interactions and cooperation of the Iranian people's government and we are witnessing the growth of international communications and exchanges in all fields of science and technology, which requires special attention of Dear President that I would like to thank him sincerely.

Dehghani stated: In the second step of the revolution, the National Elites Foundation is on the path of a fundamental transformation from a trade organization solely focused on meeting the needs of the elites to a people's organization emerging from the elites to influence knowledge-based governance in all fields. Creating employment opportunities in executive bodies, creating opportunities to form knowledge-based companies based on professor-centered cores, professor-centered student visits to knowledge-based companies - as close, accessible and tangible perspectives for students who are much more interested in visiting large industries. It is more promising - changing the system of identifying elites from mere self-expression methods based on articles and documents to active methods and using popular centers to introduce elites, especially in less privileged areas, paying special attention to the generation of gifted students, and activities that are completely connected and intertwined with the vice presidency of science is an example of the transformation programs of this foundation which is being implemented.
