Redesigning the policies and supporting tools of the Vice Presidency of Science in the fields of research, development of technology and knowledge-based economy with the aim of forming a new scientific rise in the country, designing and implementing the national excellence award for knowledge-based companies with the aim of quantitatively and qualitatively expanding the companies in compliance with the principle of avoiding demonstrative and superficial actions in this field, identifying the effective points related to the country's technology gap in strategic fields and designing short-cut paths with the aim of accelerating and completing the path to reach the edges of technology in these fields, applying artificial intelligence by relying on the capabilities of all collections economic, industrial and scientific of the country with the aim of forming a technological leap in this area under the national program of artificial intelligence, reforming the procedures of the scientific and technological assistants with the aim of avoiding parallel work, eliminating scattered and redundant matters and focusing on priorities and defining the appropriate powers and accountability in different departments.

 The implementation process of each of the above cases must be evaluated once every two weeks in the Council of Deputies with my presence.
