Pointing out that the law for supporting knowledge-based companies provides more than 130 types of services for the development of these companies, Sattari stated: these services increase with new government and parliament approvals, which will have great benefits for companies.

The president of the national elites foundation talked about unveiling telescopic crane by a knowledge-based company in Kashan, asserting: this is an breakthrough and the Vice-Presidency supports this type of breakthroughs. I believe that the national observatory of Iran is one of the considerable projects in Kashan.

He continued: the innovation and technology ecosystem of Kashan has improved greatly and these growing changes have been intangible during my trips. In this regard, a great phenomenon has been finishing the construction phase of the observatory, and I hope that it will be exploited next year.

The vice president for science and technology affairs pointed out the importance of sanctions against the production of these cranes in the country and mentioned: production of telescopic cranes is one of the needs of the country. These types of telescopes are used in various projects, so their construction and production are one of the national needs.

In response to the question of “what are your plans for supporting the establishment of research and technology funds in small cities but with large capacities?”, Sattari marked: Kashan has the capacity to have a separate fund. At present, the funds of this city fund are provided more than Isfahan and Qom provinces. However, conditions must be created for this province to create an independent fund for itself.
