Dr. Sorena Sattaris memo on the start of the sixth Innovation and Flourish of the Islamic Revolutions Victory
It is obvious that in today world that science, technology and knowledge-based productions specify the direction of power and superiority in the world, it is necessary for us to equip ourselves with them and show determination more than ever to attain necessary skills. In this way the innovative and creative talents should highly be used through precise planning.
Implementing the countrys strategic document on elites affairs, is the first priority of the new management in the National Elites Foundation. To this end, identifying the innovators, inventors and superior talents is one of the main pivots of the implementation of this document. At present, the secretariat of the implementation of the document has been formed and at present is planning for the implementation of the countrys strategic document on elites affairs.
Identifying the superior inventions through a mechanism which started by the provincial institutions and are made in the periodical provincial festivals is one of the goals of the National Elites Foundation. But in case of non-prediction of mechanisms for the commercialization of these inventions, certainly an inventor or superior talent cannot have a proper effect in the society. Also in cannot empower itself and be effective in a mutual move in the society.
Among the innovations of this years festival which is being held during the tenure of the Prudence and Hope government is the prediction of the linking process of the invention to the market. Certain inventions pave a less distance to commercialization in the market due to the nature and progress of its inner mechanisms and some of them are merely ideas for being presented. In the last year festival, it was tried to use different groups for covering all the risks of presenting an invention to the market.
The presence of a number of specialists in this field in the festival and the presence of the Venture Capital (VC) for covering the investment risk and the funds which provide logistic services, including presenting necessary guarantees for participation in tenders, carrying out good job, bank loan for covering the investment risk and invention risk are among these measures. The scientific and technological department of presidential office and the National Elites Foundation are fully ready to commercialize the presented achievements in the festival. It is clear that different inventions need different support processes but the important fact is the presence of the successful commercialization corridors for assessing the costs of the inventions commercialization.
By launching the idea bourse we can certainly find new ways for evaluation of the inventions and their presentation through highly clear economic processes. Among the measures taken in this years festival is the acquaintance of the inventors with the economic and industrial activists and we hope that the first inventions will be presented in the idea bourse by the end of this year.
Certainly, holding such festivals to present all the provincial achievements in other provinces and comparing the world and judgment of the inventions and their commercialization can play a highly important role in the materialization of the goals of the scientific and technological department of presidential office and the National Elites Foundation.
Finally, I stress that holding such festivals like the "Science to Action" and "Innovation and Flourishing" festivals can lead to introducing the ideas and creating more motivation for the further innovation and creativity, paving the ground for the appliance of the inventions, familiarity of the elites and different regions inventors, inviting the investors and their cooperation with the inventors and innovators, persuading the investors and their cooperation with the inventors and innovators, persuading the investors for more proper cooperation and interaction, using the experiences of the owners of inventors and successful innovative plans which have reached the production phase and using the capacities of the executive bodies and legal capacities for supporting the elites and inventors.
