When we say elite, perhaps because of media Induction, we think that elite is a scientist, or researcher sitting in laboratory in front of his microscope or lost behind the mountain of books and papers. According to media elite is someone who have no interest in usual world and he is always reading, or discovering, or inventing something. Book reader and explorer and inventor is not very likely that they are elite meaning is not limited to top students and the researchers. Anyone that is inventor in his work innovation and do a great job and succeed, and in some ways be better than his peers, even if his name is not on any list of elite, he is an elite and he deserves to be a teacher and examples for others. It is important to study, getting degree is essential in our time Research is both good and necessary. However, being elite is a feature that shows amazing and extraordinary talent in human. Some people may become misfortune in their lives may not find a chance to flourish their talent. Always something should happen and a window should be open so that one can reveal the essence of his existence. Many people are born, went to school, grew up, became mature, worked, lived, had children, retired and grew old and died without being able to develop their talents. They may never find opportunity or may lose it. Within each of lies an artist, chemist, scholar, commander, buss, servants, explorers, inventors, formations, lectures, that should have the opportunity to show itself. If these opportunities occur or not occur for any reason, there will be no artist and writer and commander and ...  and it will be lost forever. Whatever we are, good or bad; it’s just blessing or God. We should eliminate the Evil through chastity and piety. And we should put goodness in a way as mystics said in the "breeziness" so that it can find opportunity to flourish. Revolution and War are the conditions that people can get the chance to reveal their essence. If the revolution and the war did not happen definitely Bakery and Zinedine and Jahanara and Hemmat and Sattari and Babayi and Fakoori and Avini and bageri would not have the chance to reveal their exellent and extraordinary essence. Hassan Bagheri was elite in information and dry run and according to experts in this field he was a genius or better to say an "elite" that act unlike the habit of classical warfare caused success of Iranian warriors. Enemies know about Soleimani genius more than friends, and Americans in the region know better than anyone else that they deal with such elite and genius commander. Over the past three years in the Western media written articles on Haj Qassem with gray hair and white beard and piercing eyes with average stature that drew Western and regional politician’s attention to importance of this commander.  Especially in the case of Isis and overt and covert support of powerful countries in the region, someone who cluttered Isis mental equations and its aficionado is elite, humble and intelligent Suleimani. And Newsweek headlines a few weeks ago, was not journalistic exaggeration "Soleimani is crushing the Isis." Those who were in military operations know that commanding outside the territory of the country is ten times harder and riskier. Americans due to their Imperialism and imperialist spirit for overseas operations are aware of the realities of such operations more than other countries. This logistic and support of forces beyond borders is a difficult task that requires the base and regional position. (No wonder why Americans make US military base in Bahrain and Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the Central Asia and have cooperating agreement) But Haj Qassem extraordinary work is that firstly, with the Kurdish forces and Iraqi Kurdish and untrained Shia stood in front of Isis with the same guns of Hassan Mousa and, secondly, he has provided regional security and traffic of twenty-three million pilgrims.

There is no wonder that all the Western and Eastern media recognize this years Arbaeen as symbol of Iran and shia saber-rattling. Arabia that has nearly three million Haji to manage each year knows better than others how important it is to manage twenty million pilgrims. Especially, when such the management was with the lowest number of people and outside of political borders of Iran. Haj Qassem Soleimani is among the valuable assets of the Islamic Republic of Iran and even increases bargaining power in the nuclear negotiations. Some time ago the media wrote that John Kerry asked Zarif to show him Mr.Soleiman. Soleimani is not alone. A simple example of this is to say that he is like icy mountain peaks that come out of water and it is visible. Dozens of elite and military genius are out of sight, each is a hero and survivors of the war that Imam Khomeini called it a blessing. We are grateful of Soleimani people like Soleimani but the fact is Soleimani in grateful of the Revolution and war because that situation let him to flourish his essence and show the world his power. Maybe if Soleimani did not get the chance, like many of his fellow-citizens, he would live a simple life in Kerman. This is good and desirable because the elite and those who are better than others manage the world.
